Sensitive Tasks

If you mark a task as sensitive, only the sender, recipients and system managers can see the full details of the task.

To mark a task as sensitive, tick This task is sensitive when adding the task:

Once sent, the task is visible to all Tasks users, however it is labelled Sensitive Task and the details can only be viewed by the sender, recipients and the system manager.
